THESSALY, Larissa. Circa 400-370 BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 6.26 g, 3h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly right, wearing ampyx and necklace / Horse grazing right; ΛAPI above. L-S Group 4, Head Type 18, dies O58/R1, f = BCD Thessaly II 232 (this coin); HGC 4, 430. Attractively toned, a couple light scratches in exergue on reverse. Near EF. A well preserved example, with virtually no wear on the nose of the nymph.
