CALABRIA, Tarentum. Punic occupation. Circa 212-209 BC. AR Reduced Nomos – Half-Shekel (19.5mm, 3.86 g, 5h). Warrior, wearing full armor, holding filleted palm frond, on horse walking right; ΣΩKΛN-NΛ below / Phalanthos, holding kantharos and trident, riding dolphin left; to right, eagle standing left, wings spread. Vlasto 984–6; HN Italy 1082; Weber 690 (this coin). Attractive collection tone, minor die wear. Good VF. Well centered.
