Constantius II. AD 337-361. AV Solidus (22.5mm, 4.33 g, 12h). Rome mint, 1st officina. Struck AD 355-357. Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear in right hand over shoulder and ornate shield in left / Roma and Constantinopolis, with right foot on prow and holding scepter in left hand, enthroned facing, the latter turned to left, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX in four lines; (palm)RSMP(palm).
