Struck 871- 29 August 886. + IHS XPS RЄX REςNANTIЧM, Christ Pantokrator enthroned facing; star at end of legend / bASILIOS ЄT COhSτ AЧςς´b´ , crowned busts of Basil, wearing loros, and Constantine, wearing chlamys facing, holding patriarchal cross between them. DOC 2c; Füeg 3.C.2; SB 1704. A few minor marks and scratches. Choice EF. Well struck in high relief. An attractive example.
