Circa 810-822/3. + VVLFRED Λ RCHIEPI, tonsured and draped facing bust; three pellets to either side / + SVVEFHERD MONETΛ, Dorobernia civitas monogram. Naismith C47.2e = BLS 8c (this coin); SCBI 67 (BM), 763; North 240/1; SCBC 889. Richly toned, a few spots of hard green, some light die wear. Good VF. Rare. A bold facing portrait.
