Struck in the name of Cnut, 1040-1042. + CNVT REX ΛN, diademed bust left, holding trefoil-tipped scepter / + SPEGEN ONN EOFERP, quadrilateral, with pellet in center and angles, over voided short cross. North 799; SCBC 1169. Lightly toned, slightly wavy flan. Near EF. Rare.
