CLAUDIUS. 41-54 AD. Æ Sestertius (31mm, 18.59 gm). Romano-British imitation. Struck circa 41-50 AD(?). Laureate head right / Spes walking left, holding flower and hem of skirt. RIC I 99; cf. Von Kaenel 76 (V63/R72); Cohen 85. VF, brown surfaces, rough with some bronze disease present on obverse.
