"Khosrau, the king of kings, may (he) strengthen (or prosper)" in Pahlavi, crowned and cuirassed facing bust, ribbons over shoulders, stars-in-crescents flanking crown, monogram to left / "Iran has strengthened (or prospered)" to right in Pahlavi, facing bust of Anahit in flame nimbus, regnal year to left.
