Charioteer driving quadriga left, holding kentron and reins; Nike flying right above, crowning charioteer; signature [EV]MHNOV in exergue / Head of Arethusa left, surrounded by four dolphins; signature EVMHN-OV behind bust. Tudeer 23 (V9/R15); SNG ANS 258 (same dies); Jameson 792 (same dies). Nice VF, large oval shaped flan with nearly all details on the flan. ($3000)

On these dies the master engraver has signed his name in full, and the high action of the horses — a feature of Eumenos' work — is especially conspicuous.
