DIVUS AUGUSTUS. Died 14 AD. Æ As (10.89 gm). Rome mint. Struck under Tiberius, circa 15-16 AD. Radiate head of Augustus left; thunderbolt before; six-rayed star above / Veiled female figure seated right on throne, holding sceptre and patera. RIC I 72 (Tiberius); BMCRE 151 (Tiberius); Cohen 244. Nice VF, brown and green patina, minor corrosion. ($300)
