TRAJAN. 98-117 Æ As (11.74 gm). Struck circa 103-111 AD. Laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / Abundantia standing left, holding grain ears over modius containing four grain ears, and cornucopiae; stern of merchant ship with goose-head acrostolium behind. RIC II 492; BMCRE 927; Cohen 470. Good VF, dark brown, almost black, patina. ($300)
