KINGS of PARTHIA. Vologases III. 105-147 AD. Billon Tetradrachm (28mm, 12.23 gm). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Seleukid Era 434 (122/3 AD). Diademed bust left, wearing tiara decorated with "hooks"; short beard, ear visible, lock of hair on brow; B behind / Vologases seated left on throne, Tyche standing right before him, presenting a diadem and holding sceptre; year above, [month in exergue]. Cf. Sellwood 79.10; Shore -; cf. BMC Parthia pg. 211, 15. VF, toned, obverse cut mark. Well-struck.
