Charioteer driving quadriga right towards the meta (Ionic column) before, holding kentron and reins; above, Nike flying left crowning charioteer with open wreath; in exergue, crayfish right / Head of Arethusa right, wearing looped earrings and necklace; three dolphins swimming around, Punic "[SY]S" before.
