Laureate head right / AVGVSTI S P Q R • OSTC, Port of Ostia: six ships within the harbor framed on either side by portico and arcade with seated figure; at top is a pharus surmonted by a statue of Neptune; Tiber reclines left on dolphin below, holding rudder. RIC I 181 var. (wearing aegis); WCN 105 var. (same); BMCRE 134 var. (same); Cohen 41 var. (seven ships). Good VF, red-brown patina, minor surface roughness. ($5000)
