GALLIENUS. 253-268 AD. AR Antoninianus (3.01 gm). Mediolanum (Milan) mint. Struck circa 260-262 AD. Radiate and cuirassed bust left, seen from behind, holding shield and spear / LEG I MIN VI P VI F, Minerva standing right, holding Victory and shield. RIC V 322; MIR 36, 988i (same obverse die as plate coin); RSC 462. Good VF, toned, reverse struck a little weakly. Rare and attractive bust variety. ($300)
