SWEDEN. Plate Money. Aldolf Frederick I. 1751-1771. Copper 2 Daler (19cm x 19cm). Avesta mint. Dated 1757. Center stamp 2 DALER SILF•MYNT wth crossed arrows below in circle, four round corner stamps with crowned AFRS and dates. Two corner stamps incomplete. Tingström, Plate pg. 314, stamps - and 10; KM PM73. Good VF, dark brown patina. The central stamp does not match the specimens in Tingström. Not sea salvage. ($500)
