ROMAN ERA. Roman. Bronze Finger Ring. Circa 330-350 AD. Inner diameter 18mm. A plain bronze ring with flat bezel, 15mm across, engraved with a helmeted and cuirassed bust of Constantinopolis left, holding a sceptre. The design is clearly adopted from the anonymous bronze coinage struck after the death of Constantine I, 337 AD. Rough green patina, chipped around the ring. Good condition. ($150)
