Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left, right shoulder raised; [GEU on ampyx], small AI above head / LARISAI, horse grazing right, bucranium branded on rump; AI below. Lorber, Early, 21.1a (this coin); Herrmann Group VI, pl. IV, 17; BMC Thessaly -; SNG Copenhagen 126; McClean 4617 (same dies). Superb EF, iridescent toning around devices, obverse die a little worn in hair. Among the finest dies in the series. ($3000)
