MYSIA, Pergamum. Lucius Verus. 161-169 AD. Æ Medallion (41mm, 34.86 gm, 6h). Atilius Kratippos, magistrate. AV KAI L AURH LIOC OVHROC, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / [EPI CTPA AT]UL KRATIPPOU PERGAMH DI, NEOKO, Verus(?) on horseback riding left. Unpublished in the major collections, but cf. BMC Mysia pg. 147, 291 for the magistrate. VF, dark brown patina, small obverse flan flaw, reverse double struck, a few scratches. ($750)
