D CLOD SEPT AL-BIN CAES, bare-headed bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / SAECVLO FRVGIFERO COS II, Saeculum Frugiferum, radiate, standing left, holding caduceus and grain ears in extended right hand and cradling hay fork in left arm. The double-piercing is typical of aurei from this period found in India.
