HADRIAN. 117-138 AD. Æ Sestertius (33mm, 26.41 gm). Struck circa 122-125 AD. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / Minerva standing left, dropping incense on candelabrum and holding spear; against her, shield with serpent climbing on it. RIC II 611b; BMCRE 1254; Cohen 1067. VF, brown patina, some minor roughness, reverse strike a bit soft. Nice portrait.
