Although modelled off the Antioch type, this coin has no control marks, a standard feature of Antioch coinage.  It is likely an issue of a subsidiary mint of Antiochos IX during the civil war against his brother, Antiochos VIII, perhaps at a time when Antioch was not controlled by the former.
