NERO. 54-68 AD. Æ Sestertius (27.96 gm, 6h). Lugdunum (Lyon) mint. Struck 65 AD. Laureate head right / Temple of Janus with garlanded and closed doors right. RIC I 438; BMCRE 319; Cohen 146. Good VF, dark brown surfaces, earthen highlights on the reverse, a pair of small obverse flan flaws, areas of very slight porosity. ($750)
