Laureate head right / IVDAEA CAPTA, palm tree; to left, Jewess, in attitude of mourning, seated left; one round and one hexagonal shield and helmet before tree; to right, Jew standing left with his hands tied behind his back; arms scattered around. RIC II 426; Hendin 774; BMCRE 540; Cohen 238. Good VF, emerald green patina with areas of brown, light smoothing in fields, minor roughness. Extraordinary reverse detail. ($2000)
