CLODIUS ALBINUS. As Caesar, 193-195 AD. Æ Sestertius (22.21 gm, 12h). Struck circa 194-195 AD. Bare head right / Fortuna seated left, holding rudder on globe and cornucopiae; wheel below chair. RIC IV 53a; BMCRE 533; cf. Cohen 32. Good VF, dark green patina with patches of red, short flan, light smoothing in fields. Attractive portrait. ($500)
