LEO III, the Isaurian, with CONSTANTINE V. 720-741 AD. AV Tremissis (1.47 gm, 7h). Constantinople mint. Struck circa 737-741 AD. Crowned facing bust of Leo, holding globus cruciger and akakia / Similiar young bust of Constantine with thin face, holding cross potent on base and akakia. DOC III 17; SB 1508. Good VF, weak strike.
