GREEK. Bronze boar amulet. Circa 8th-7th century BC. Length 70mm. Geometric period figurine of a wild boar, symbolically pierced by a hole at mid-section. Clean-flowing but natural lines typical of this early period in Greek art. Probably Peloponnesian. Good condition, with a fine emerald green patina. ($500)
