Diademed and draped bust right / Venus standing left, holding Victory in right hand, left hand set on shield resting on helmet; shield decorated with Victory walking left, holding wreath and palm. An interesting reverse type that is found with a variety of shield decorations on the reverse: she-wolf suckling twins, the Dioscuri, Aeneas with Anchises, and Victory. The shield with Victory appears to be unrecorded.
