Laureate head of Poseidon right, border of dots / Nike standing left, resting on trident and holding wreath; BOIWTWN downward on right, monogram to left. Head, Boeotia p. 90 corr. (Poseidon not Zeus); SNG Lockett 1771 (this coin). Near EF, lovely old cabinet tone, traces of gold and red iridescence around the reverse devices. Late Hellenistic die-cutting at its best. ($1000)
