PLAVTIVS below, facing mask of Medusa with dishevelled hair / PLANCVS below, winged Aurora flying right, conducting the four horses of the Sun. Crawford 453/1c; CRI 29a; Sydenham 959b; Kestner 3563; BMCRR Rome 4009; Plautia 14. Good VF, gray and iridescent toning, light cleaning marks beneath tone, scattered traces of horn silver, minor edge porosity, struck on an elipitcal flan. ($300)
