HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, bare headed bust left, drapery over left shoulder / FELICITATI/AVG in two lines above, COS III P P in exergue, [S] C across field, galley sailing left, consisting of four rowers and hortator seated beneath acrostolium flanked by two military standards; statue of Triton on prow. Cf. RIC II 706; cf. Strack 837; Banti 372 = Mazzini 677 (this coin); BMCRE -; Cohen -. Good VF, hard brown patina, minor smoothing in fields. Unique variety. ($3000)
