M AVREL ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / SECVRITATI PERPETVAE, S C in exergue, SÉcuritas seated right on draped throne, leaning head on right hand with elbow resting on chair back, and holding sceptre in left hand; garlanded altar before. RIC IV 512a; Banti 116; BMCRE 248A; Cohen 576. Good VF, dark green-brown surfaces, scratch in field behind head, minor die shift on reverse. ($1500)
