Kalima and AH date within dotted square with knotted corners / "Padishah" couplet within Mehrab frame; mint epithet - "dar al-Khalifat" below. Wright 73; Hull 1205; BMC 52; KM 108.1. Good VF, reddish-brown encrustation. ($400)

The one-year "mehrabi" of AH 981 was followed with a standardized mohur of round form with the mehrabi forming a frame for the legend.
