Macrinus. AD 217-218. AR Antoninianus (23mm, 4.81 g). Rome mint. Struck 217 AD. Radiate and cuirassed bust right / Salus seated left, feeding serpent arising from altar. RIC IV 88; RSC 115b. Good VF, toned, a little off center and porous. Rare denomination for Macrinus.
