Bare head right / Pannonia standing left, holding standard. Cf. RIC II 1060 // Vespasian cast AR Sestertius. After Cavino. Laureate head right / Vespasian standing left, extending hand to Roma kneeling right; behind her, Minerva standing right. Cf. Klawans 2,3 and 7 for obverse, 4 and 5 for reverse; cf.
