Trajan. AD 98-117. Æ Medallion (34mm, 26.64 g). Rome mint. Struck circa AD 103. Laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / The Capitoline Triad: Jupiter standing facing, holding thunderbolt and sceptre between Minerva, on left, holding spear and shield, and Juno, on right, holding patera and sceptre; on ground to left of each, owl, eagle and peacock. Near VF, dark brown patina, surfaces pitted. Very rare.
