Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left on backless throne; in left field, aplustre facing right; monogram below throne. Price 861a-b variety. EF, off-center strike.
Price’s issue 861 actually comprises a number of varieties. The plate coin 861a has no throne back and an aplustre facing left, while 861b has a throne back and an aplustre facing right.
