Kanishka standing facing, head left, holding standard, sacrificing over altar to left / The Buddha, nimbate, standing facing, leaning slightly right, right hand raised in a gesture of abhayamudra (reassurance), left hand at waist; tamgha in inner left field. Cribb, Buddha 43-44 (dies h/16); MK 785. Near VF, black patina with traces of red-brown.
