Antoninus Pius. AD 138-161. AR Denarius (2.91 g, 12h). Struck circa AD 156-157. Laureate head left / Ceres seated left, holding torch and grain ears. RIC III 259 var.; RSC 1006 var.; BMCRE 876 var. (all head right). VF, small obverse scrape, slightly porous. An extremely rare head left Pius denarius.
