Julian II. As Caesar, AD 355-360. AV Solidus (4.47 g, 12h). Rome mint, 2nd officina. Struck AD 355-357. Bare-headed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Roma and Constantinopolis enthroned supporting between them shield inscribed with eight-rayed star; RSMS(star). RIC VIII 295 var. (mintmark); Depeyrot 11/2. Good VF, obverse double struck, scrape on reverse. Extremely rare and the only one not in a public collection .

According to Depeyrot, the only other example of this type is in the collections of the Capitoline Museum in Rome.
