OSTROGOTHS. Uncertain king. AD 526-540. AV Solidus (4.30 g, 6h). Ravenna(?) mint. Struck in the name of Justinian I, circa AD 530-539. Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield; helmet without trefoil, diadem ribbons “flying” to left / Victory standing left, holding long cross, six-rayed star in left field, • above Victory and at each end of exergual line;
