ROMAN. North Africa. Redware bowl. Circa 5th century AD. Height 4cm, diameter at mouth 14.5 cm. Small bowl on low foot with broad rim. Rolled lip with double rouletted lines. Pinkish-brown clay with a thin red slip. Hayes Form 70. Choice condition, slip worn, calcium deposits.
