Head of nymph right, hair gathered in knot on crown of head; all within olive-wreath / Nike seated left on stool, holding wreath and caduceus. Edge stamped “A”. Type of Holloway & Jenkins 19 (same dies); Regling 19 (same dies); HN Italy 2577. VF, copper core showing through on reverse.

Probably the mark of Augustus Ready, who took over the position of electrotypist at the British Museum after the death of his father Robert in 1901.
