BOEOTIA, Thebes. 525-480 BC. AR Drachm (5.61 g). Boeotian shield, rim divided into eight segments / Square incuse with Maltese cross pattern in relief (similar to late archaic Tanagra). BCD Boiotia 339. Good VF, toned, granular surfaces. Very rare early issue with segmented shield.
