BAKTRIA, Indo-Greek Kingdom. Zoilos II. Circa 50-40 BC. AR Drachm (2.16 g, 12h). Bilingual issue. Diademed and draped bust right / Athena Alkidemos advancing left; monograms in left and right fields. Bopearachchi Série 1Y; SNG ANS 1672; cf. Senior II p. 230. VF, find patina. Very rare.

After Hippostratos, the rump of the Indo-Greeks survived until circa 10 BC in the Punjab region of Jammu and Kashmir, where this and the following two drachms were struck.
