GAUL, Nemausus. Augustus, with Agrippa. 27 BC-AD 14. Æ As (12.90 g, 10h). Struck 9/8-3 BC. Head of Agrippa left, wearing rostral crown, and head of Augustus right, wearing oak wreath, back to back / Chained crocodile standing right; palm and filleted wreath behind; palms on either side of stem base. RPC I 524; RIC I 158. Good VF, hard dark green patina with traces of earthen overtones.
