Augustus. 27 BC-AD 14. AR Denarius (3.75 g, 12h). Pergamum mint. Struck 27 BC. Bare head right / Bull standing right. RIC I 475; RSC 28. Near EF, handsome light gray toning with a hint of iridescence, minor die shift on reverse, faint hairlines. A wonderful portrait and bull. Rare without the usual flan crack.
