Laureate head left; date below / Britannia seated right, holding shield on ground, and trident; in exergue, a rose, thistle (to right) and shamrock (to left). Variety with two incuse lines on saltire. Peck 1433; SCBC 3848. Near EF, even light brown surfaces with hints of red, a few minor marks.
