Imitative Æ sestertius. laureate head ight, c/m DV in rectangular incuse / Spes advancing left // Same, Very crude, possible c/m obverse, could be a separated lamination. Fair to Fine. The DV c/m is a believed to be a revaluation from Sestertius to Dupondius. It is seen on imitative (light weight) sestertii of Claudius, and perhaps others. GAL KAI is for Galba Caesar. It could be in the nature of a “Damnatio”
