BOEOTIA, Thebes. Circa 480-460 BC. AR Stater (12.06 g). Boeotian shield, rim divided into eight segments / Square incuse with anticlockwise mill-sail pattern; archaic Q in center. BCD Boiotia 350 (same obv. die); Head, Boeotia -; SNG Copenhagen -; SNG Delepierre 1344; SNG Berry 592; Pozzi 1407 = Pozzi (Boutin) 3238. Good VF, lightly toned. Excellent metal for issue.
